Order Tracking Through our portal, you'll be able to track if your order has been printed and shipped – and we'll provide estimates for each step along the way. Once your order is shipped, we will email you with the order number and shipping details (tracking number, shipping address, receiver's name, order details).

No Order Number? The order number is included in your confirmation email, which we send immediately after your order is processed on our website.

  1. Double-check your spam folder using the email address you signed up with.

  2. If you need further assistance locating it, you can contact our customer service and provide your email address to recover the order number.

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations All of our products are made to order. If you wish to cancel your order, please use the link provided in your confirmation email. You can edit your order at any time before it goes into production. Please keep in mind that in some cases, this could be as soon as two hours. Once your order has gone into production, cancellation or any changes would no longer be allowed.

Damaged Items/Low-Quality Prints For the fastest resolution, please include a photograph demonstrating the poor quality of the print or the damaged area of the item. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed. We will use this information to help you with your order and eliminate errors in future printing. Please note that we check each product before shipping to ensure everything is in great condition and quality. We take photos of each product before sending out for documentation and do our best to pack it well to ensure the item arrives in good condition.

Returns & Refunds If there is an issue with the order you receive, please click the "Contact Us!" button. One of our representatives will be happy to assist you within 7 days of receiving your order. Please keep in mind that you would need to provide us with clear photos or videos of the product with your concern. For certain situations, we may ask you to return your item to process a resolution.

Trouble Placing an Order, Didn't Receive Order Confirmation Email When an order is placed, we immediately email you a copy of your receipt. This email (the confirmation email) also contains your order details and your order's estimated delivery date. If you did not receive your confirmation email, try this:

  1. Check your spam folder using the email address you signed up with.

  2. If that doesn't work, please click "Contact Us" and provide your email address to request a copy of your order history.

What is an Order Number? Your order lookup number is part of the confirmation email sent to you immediately after placing an order. This number is unique to your order and allows you to track its progress.

The Shopping Cart The shopping cart feature allows you to consolidate the checkout process. You can add many different products from different designs. Shipping costs are still applied per design, and each product may ship separately.

Rush Shipping Rush shipping is only available in your cart if all products in your cart are eligible for rush shipping.

Order Production and Shipping Timelines Production of orders can take up to 5-7 days, depending on demand and supply. Shipping typically takes 1-2 working days for orders around Metro Manila and Luzon, and 2-3 working days for Visayas and Mindanao.

Cash on Delivery (COD) You can offer COD to your clients.

Payment Modes Payments can be made through Credit/Debit, PayPal, Bank Transfer, GCash, Remittances, and Cash on Delivery.

Sales Tax We collect VAT on each order, as we pay taxes. This will be shown on the receipt with the order confirmation email we send you. Sellers are responsible for filing and paying their income tax.

Seller Payouts When you make a sale, your profit will reflect in the payout section of your account. You can withdraw your earnings from: Banks: Metrobank, BDO, BPI, Chinabank, RCBC, Unionbank Remittances: Cebuana Lhuillier, M Lhuillier, GCash, PayMaya (charges may apply).

Printing Our design generators are set to accept a minimum of 150 dpi files. 150 dpi is okay to use, but if your design has smaller details, a higher resolution should be used. We recommend using files that are at least 300 dpi to get a sharper and more crisp design print.

Accepted File Types: PDF, PNG, JPEG

Maximum Design Size for Shirts: Designs for shirts can be as large as 16" x 20". Designs can be placed anywhere within the bounding box on each product.
